Submission

EasyChair Conference System

Participants are invited to submit three kinds of papers:

  1. Research papers with a length of eight (8) to ten (10) pages, reporting on findings for problems related to model-driven requirements engineering that are novel and improve on or analyze existing solutions.
  2. Position papers with a length of four (4) to five (5) pages, reporting on ideas and visions for the future of model-driven requirements engineering.
  3. Industry Papers, with a length of four (4) to ten (10) pages, describing experiences related to the adoption of model-driven requirements engineering practices in the industry or highlighting future challenges.

Papers have to present original content. Previously published papers or papers accepted or under review for other publications are ineligible for submission to MoDRE 2019. Papers must be in pdf format, written in English, formatted according to the following IEEE formatting instructions, and submitted via EasyChair. While RE 2019 follows a double-blind reviewing process, MoDRE 2019 does not.

Formatting Instructions

The format of your paper must strictly adhere to the IEEEtran Proceedings Format. There are several versions of the IEEE style. Please make sure you use exactly the versions that are linked below.

LaTeX users: please use the LaTeX class file IEEEtran v1.8 (CTAN archive) and the following configuration (without option 'compsoc' or 'compsocconf'): \documentclass[conference]{IEEEtran}

Word users: please use this Word template (see also the corresponding PDF file for comparison).

The RE 2019 website provides further general formatting instructions that are also applicable to papers submitted to MoDRE 2019.

Submission of camera-ready version of paper

All authors of all accepted contributions will be asked to complete an electronic IEEE Copyright form and will receive further instructions for preparing their camera-ready versions.

Evaluation

At least three members of the program committee will evaluate the technical contribution of each submission as well as its accessibility to the audience. Papers will be judged on quality, significance, relevance, originality, substance, correctness, and clarity.
